With the 2019 baseball set to begin Monday (weather permitting), the AccessSports Weekly crew discusses the upcoming season.

Teams like Jefferson, the defending Class 4A state champion that has moved down to Class 3A, Buford, the 2018 Class 5A state runner-up, and Flowery Branch, a Class 5A semifinalist that has moved down to Class 4A, return the bulk of their teams in 2019. Others, like North Hall, Commerce, and Rabun County are looking to build off playoff runs.
