Add one more University of Georgia offensive lineman to the list of Bulldogs headed to the 2020 NFL Draft list.
A few hours after left tackle Andrew Thomas announced his decision to forgo his senior season to enter the draft, right tackle Isaiah Wilson posted his decision on his Instagram account this afternoon.
Wilson, a Brooklyn, NY native and redshirt sophomore, started in 24 games for the Bulldogs at right tackle.
"I have made the decision to enter the 2020 NFL Draft and forego my senior season," Wilson said via Instagram. "I will begin preparing for the next chapter in my life. I am forever grateful for your support."
Thomas said he will not play in the Sugar Bowl, but Wilson has yet to say whether he'll play in the New Year's Day bowl or sit out. If he decides to sit out, the Bulldogs will be without both right and left tackles.
Earlier today, Thomas announced via his Twitter account today that he will forgo his senior season to enter the draft in April. He is projected as a top-10 pick, according to several NFL insiders.
"As my season ends, I want to thank God for the opportunities he has granted me," Thomas said on Twitter. "I also want to thank the Unversity of Georgia for an incredible three years."
Thomas, a Lithonia native started 15 games as a freshman at right tackle during the 2016-17 season -- the Bulldogs' College Football Playoff run. He later shifted to left tackle -- a position he's anchored since his sophomore season.
ESPN, CBS Sports and Sports Illustrated named him to the All-American first team.
