Brenau graduate named to state nursing board

A Brenau University graduate, Holly Lynn Free, has been named to the Georgia Board of Nursing by Gov. Brian Kemp.

Free, who graduated from Brenau in 2000 with a bachelor's and master's degree in Nursing, is a former allied health instructor at North Georgia Technical College.

Kemp has also named a Cumming woman to a seat on the State Board of Dispensing Opticians. Mary Elizabeth Ramsey is a licensed optician for Thomas Eye Group in Suwanee.
