Plans for more than 130 new housing units in Braselton are set to go before the city's Planning Commission in a couple of weeks.
Chateau Elan Resorts, LLC, is asking for an amendment to the master plan for 47 acres in a part of Braselton in Barrow County.
The applicant seeks to clear the way for 115 "attached" single-family residences and 16 "detached" units.
