The Lula City Council Monday is scheduled to consider a number of ordinances including ones regulating public assembly and movie-making.
Also on the agenda are ordinances dealing with special events, parades, trees and erosion and sedimentation. The council is also expected to consider reduced fees for permits and licenses for downtown development.
The council meets at 7:00 at City Hall.
