Sawnee Electric Membership Corporation has recently released an enhanced version of its popular “Billing Alert” program, which was first introduced to Sawnee members in 2013.
“We are excited about this new version of what has become a very popular program,” states Blake House, Vice President of Member Services. “This service has become an important conservation tool for a number of our members; they depend on it to keep them aware of their energy usage throughout the billing period.”
The program allows Sawnee members to enter any dollar amount they choose, and as their monthly power bill approaches that amount, they receive email alerts about how their estimated power bill is progressing towards the amount they entered.
