*Saint Paul United Methodist Church of Lumpkin County will hold its 9th Annual Back to School Blessing on Saturday, July 28, from 10 AM – 1 PM.   Used clothing, school supplies, haircuts and other items and services will be available, without charge, to those in need.   Donations will be accepted next week. *Dawson County Human Resources Director Danielle Yarbrough has been designated a Certified Human Resources Manager by the Georgia Local Government Personnel Association.   To achieve the CHRM certification, Yarbrough completed 12 classes and a learning project under the supervision of a Carl Vinson Institute of Government faculty member.
