Open house Thursday at new Flowery Branch City Hall

A ribbon-cutting and open house are planned Thursday for the new city hall in Flowery Branch.

The hours are 4:00-6:00 and will be followed by the regular city council meeting, which begins at 6:00.

The 18,000 square foot complex is located at 5410 Pine Street and was constructed at a cost of more than five million dollars.  In addition to city offices, it also houses the police department.
