*Lanier Islands will be debuting its first PGA Jr. League next month - designed to introduce players aged 13 and under of all skill levels to the game of golf. *West Forsyth High School’s yearbook, Zephyr, and Lakeview Academy's LIONESS, have been recognized for excellence and featured in the 2018 Jostens Look Book, celebrating the best-of-the-best in yearbook design and coverage.  Jostens is a producer of high school yearbooks.

*Super Bowl-winning head coach Dick Vermeil will speak April 10 at 11:00 at Riverside Military Academy.  The event is open to the public.

*Truett McConnell University and the Felix Manz School of Music present the TMU Wind ensemble and "God Bless America!"  This free concert is open to the public and will be held at 7:00 p.m. on April 19  in Cleveland's Freedom Park. The TMU String Orchestra, meanwhile, will present its Spring Concert at 7:30 p.m. on April 18 in the Truett McConnell Sewell Plunkett Chapel.

*You can sign up now for the Cancer Society's Hall County Relay for Life fundraiser, which will be held May 11 at 7:00 p.m. on the University of North Georgia's Gainesville campus.
