Dog daycare gets initial nod from Hall Planning Commission

A Buford couple got tentative approval from the Hall County Planning commission Monday night to build a new dog daycare on Friendship Road.

Dane Robertson and his wife appeared before the board and answered questions about the proposed 10,000 square foot building after neighbors expressed concerns around the potential noise of animals boarded inside the facility and possible storm runoff problems.

The planning commission approved the application with the added restrictions that no more than 20 dogs be boarded inside the building.

The Robertsons must go before the Hall County Commissioners to seek final approval on February 22.
