Hall County government announces holiday office closings

Hall County's administrative offices and courts will be closed Dec. 22 through Dec. 25 for the Christmas holidays, as well as Jan. 1 for the New Year's holiday.
All library branches, except for the North Hall Tech Center, will be open Saturday, Dec. 22. All libraries will be closed Sunday, Dec. 23 through Wednesday, Dec. 26. All branches will be closed Jan. 1 as well. All branches will close at 5 p.m. on Dec. 31.
The Hall County Landfill, Hall County Recycling Center and Hall County Animal Shelter will be closed Monday, Dec. 24 through Tuesday, Dec. 25 and again Tuesday, Jan. 1.
Hall County compactor sites will close on Christmas Day only. Hall County community centers will close at 5 p.m. on Dec. 31.
Essential public safety and public works personnel will continue service as usual during the holidays. Many county services are always available online: residents can renew a vehicle tag, find a new pet, pay taxes, and more at hallcounty.org.
