The Norton Agency announces Brent Williams, CCIM as Vice President and head of strategic growth for The Norton Agency’s Commercial Asset Management Division.

According to a company news release, Williams brings valuable experience in asset management, lending solutions and investment sales and leasing.

“Our focus is offering each client a customized, innovative and cost-effective management approach,” said Williams.    “We are not offering an off-the-shelf management package; we first listen to our client’s needs and secondly tailor a management program to accomplish those needs.  No commercial property is exactly alike and neither should be our management approach.”

The Norton Agency’s Commercial Asset Management Division currently manages over 700,000 square feet of property across North Georgia including retail, office, industrial and medical facilities.

“Our company is committed to providing our clients customized management services to match the unique demands and needs of each property and client,” said Frank Norton, Jr., CEO & Chairman, The Norton Agency.  “Brent’s expertise and talent in the commercial asset management sector provides us a valuable partnership and the ability to extend our services.”
