*The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce's next Business After Hours will be held Tuesday, Nov. 27, at 5:00 at the Business Incubator at Brenau University, 999 Chestnut Street.

*A longtime Forsyth County employee, Stanford Norwood, was recently recognized by the county's Board of Commissioners.  Norwood spent 29 years with the county prior to his retirement in June.  At the time of his retirement, he worked for the Roads and Bridges Department as a senior equipment operator.

*Jackson County Commissioner James Hix was recently recognized by the Association County Commissioners of Georgia with a certificate affirming his completion of the group's continuing education requirement. 

*Hall County Parks & Leisure Services presents the 3rd Annual Christmas Market Friday, Nov. 30 and Saturday, Dec. 1. Approximately 50 vendors will be selling their wares at the North Hall Community Center during the two-day event.  For more information, contact Michele Parden at [email protected].
