*An auction of surplus items from Forsyth County government will be held on Saturday, November 3, at 843 Canton Highway in Cumming. A variety of items will be available for bid including cars, trucks, mowers, equipment, electronics and office furniture. Detailed information can be found on the County Website.
*According to the SR Education Group’s 2019 Most Affordable College list, Truett McConnell University has the sixth most affordable Masters in Theology Online program. The 25 featured programs are all under $14,000 per year. TMU’s tuition is $5,850.
*The West Jackson Elementary School Art Club’s 8-ft x 7-ft crayon mosaic is now on display at Atlanta’s High Museum of Art in a student “pop-up show” through Nov. 28. Created by approximately 50 students during the 2017-18 school year, the mosaic is made up of hundreds of crayons.
