*The Harlem Globetrotters are making a stop at the University of North Georgia this fall.   Known for their basketball skills, entertainment value and family atmosphere, the Globetrotters are slated to appear at 7 p.m. Nov. 29 at the Convocation Center on UNG's Dahlonega Campus.

*Leisa Rich: A Glorious Requiem for Beasts and Souls will be on display October 11 to November 8 at the Piedmont College Mason-Scharfenstein Museum of Art (MSMA) in Demorest. Hours are Monday-Saturday 9:00-5:00. There will be a closing reception November 8, 5-7 p.m.

*The City of Braselton is seeking trolley drivers. Applicants must have a valid Georgia driver’s license with a satisfactory driving history and obtain and maintain a CDL (Class B with P endorsement). Pay is $20/hour for regular schedules and $25/hour for private rentals.
