Morning Talk: County officials dive deeper into planned changes for Hall County Fire Services

By AccessWDUN Staff

The discussion is ongoing about a planned change in the way Hall County Fire Services (HCFS) will use ambulances in the county.

As proposed by HCFS administration, ambulances will be removed from three rural fire stations and some paramedics will be reassigned to busier stations on the south end of the county.

Hall County Fire Chief Jeff Hood and Hall County District 3 Commissioner Scott Gibbs were guests on the Thursday morning edition of WDUN's Morning Talk. Listen here as they explain the rationale behind the new service delivery plan. The two also field questions from a couple of phone callers in the county.
