An elderly woman who had been missing since Monday afternoon from a Barrow County address is now safe.
The Barrow County Sheriff’s Office had been searching for Shoua Kue since around 5:30 p.m. Monday, when she was last seen at a location on Perkins Road.
Authorities had been worried about Kue because she does not speak English, and they were concerned she might not be able to communicate adequately.
Kue was found Tuesday morning, according to the Sheriff's Office Facebook page. Officers did not indicate where she was located.
