COAL MOUNTAIN — Ben Bales threw for 408 yards and three touchdowns to lead North Forsyth to a 28-6 win over Johns Creek Friday night at Raider Valley.
Bales connected on scoring passes for 51 and 27 yards to sophomore Nicky Dalmolin, who had 191 yards receiving, and found Cedric Touchstone for a 26-yard touchdown pass. Yaw Parry added a touchdown run for the Raiders other score.
All the scoring came in the first half. The Raiders jumped out a 14-0 lead in the first quarter and then the Gladiators trimmed it 14-6 early in the second. But North Forsyth closed out the half with a pair of touchdowns for a 28-6 halftime lead.
Bales hit 25-of-43 passes for the game with no interceptions.
North Forsyth plays host to Loganville next week.
