Former campaign chair for Collins to lead Georgia GOP

A former campaign chairman for U.S. Representative Doug Collins of Gainesville has been named Executive Director of the Georgia Republican Party.

Carmen Foskey was tapped for the job by Georgia GOP Chairman John Watson.

In addition to Collins' 2016 re-election campaign, Foskey, a native of Warner Robins, managed Republican Eddie DeLoach's successful 2015 campaign for Mayor of Savannah.
