Downtown Braselton welcomes new business

By AccessWDUN staff

Downtown Braselton recently welcomed its newest full service restaurant and bar in its historic district with a ribbon cutting at Local Station.

Owners Jack Ansley and Hollie Hutchinson opened Local Station as their third restaurant in Braselton.

Hutchinson said, “Our goal is to provide an additional dining option for lunch and dinner in the area as well as a destination for those who do not live here.  We serve only fresh cuisine and take pride in our specialty-crafted cocktails and craft beers.”

Located at 108 Brassie Lane, Local Station is open daily, including Sundays from noon until 9:00.

“We are adding chef specials daily plus desserts and seasonal menu items,” Hutchinson added.  “We enjoy being part of the vibrant downtown yet offering different dining concepts from our other locations.  And, we are moving ahead with another venue bringing more fresh ideas and opportunities to downtown.”

Braselton Mayor Bill Orr echoed Hutchinson’s sentiments, saying “Jack and Hollie are seasoned business owners, and I commend them for researching the market to create and open Local Station.”
