A Gainesville man is accused of molesting three girls in a case dating back to 2015, authorities said Monday.
Hall County Sheriff's Lt. Scott Ware said William Waller, 66, is charged with sexual battery and three counts of child molestation. The victims were all under the age of 16.
"Waller was acquainted with all 3 victims. Investigators obtained warrants for Waller's arrest on June 16," Ware said.
Waller was arrested Saturday afternoon on Garden Boulevard, according to Ware.
The alleged crimes happened between August 1, 2015 and May of this year at Waller's home.
"No bond has been set for William Waller at this time, and his scheduled committal hearing is July 6," Ware said.
Authorities continued to investigate the case.
