Hall, Habersham and Gwinnett county residents are among several people recently named to state boards by Gov. Nathan Deal.
Kit Dunlap, the President & CEO of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, is getting a new term on the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District's Governing Board. Tim Lee of Cornelia was also named to that board. Lee is the executive director of the Habersham Partnership for Growth and is a former chairman of the Cobb County Board of Commissioners.
At the same time, Edmunc Zammit of Lawrenceville was appointed to the State Construction Industry Licensing Board, Division of Utility Contractors. Zammit is the director of D. Lance Souther, Inc., a utility contracting company in Macon.
