Chicken Salad Chick, billed as the nation's only southern inspired, fast casual chicken salad restaurant, plans to open June 13 at 1122 Dawsonville Highway.
Owned and operated by Bob and Penny Wiggins, this will be the chain's 70th restaurant in the Southeast.
