Hall County mobile home, workshop heavily damaged in separate overnight fires

No injuries were reported in a pair of fires Saturday night in Hall County that heavily damaged a mobile home and a small workshop.

The first fire happened at a double wide mobile home on Dove Court in Northwest Hall County, according to Hall County Fire Services Spokesman Zach Brackett.

Officials were unsure of the cause of the blaze, as of Sunday morning. It was reported to AccesWDUN shortly after 11 p.m. Saturday, and the home is considered a total loss.

The second fire, which broke out around 2 a.m. in the South Oaks subdivision off Lee Land Road, involved a 500 square-foot workshop behind a home.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze, though they were unsure what sparked it.
