Plans for a new subdivision in the Sardis area are scheduled to go before the Hall County Planning Commission Monday.
S.P. McKibbon, Sr., wants a 22.22-acre tract on Sardis Road at Ledan Road rezoned from Agricultural-Residential III to Highway Business and Residential-1. Plans for the site also include "retail sales," according to the agenda.
