DANIELSVILLE — Banks County saw its two game win streak Wednesday in a 50-42 loss to Madison County in girls basketball action on the road.
Jaycie Bowen led the Lady Leopards (6-3) with 12 points. Allison Smith added 11 and Maddie Thomas 10 points for Banks County.
The Lady Leopards next will play host to Class AAAAAA Apalachee on Thursday.

The Lady Lions fell behind early and was never able to catch back up in a loss in the Providence Christian Christmas Invitational.
Lakeview (3-4) railed 25-15 at halftime.
Sadie Thrailkill led Lakeiew with 6 points and 12 rebounds. Tori Taylor added 6 points for the Lady Lions.
Lakeview will take on Walker at 10 a.m. on Thursday in the next round of the tournament.
