RMS Associates, Inc., an Atlanta-based MSP, VOIP and technology solution provider, has completed the acquisition of Global IT Department, LLC of Flowery Branch. Financial terms were not disclosed.
According to RMS CEO, Randy Rowe, “This acquisition provides RMS a much stronger presence in Northeast Georgia, adds additional staff to better support all clients and enhances the customer support philosophies Global IT is known for.”
Global IT Department, LLC has provided IT support services for the greater Gainesville area since 2011, servicing not-for-profits, small businesses and manufacturers. Global IT, previously known as Kingdom Technology Services, was founded in 1999.
RMS Associates, Inc., founded in 1991, provides fixed-fee, comprehensive IT support and security services to companies throughout Atlanta and the Southeastern US.
