By B.J. Williams
A Gwinnett County developer has plans to build a 233-lot subdivision on Friendship Road in South Hall County.

A rezoning request from Edge City Properties, Inc. will go before the Hall County Planning Commission at its November 6 meeting.

The company wants the 74.14 acre tract of land rezoned from Agricultural-Residential III (AR-III) to Planned Residential Development (PRD), according to the planning commission agenda.

The property is located on Friendship Road near the intersection of Heritage Crossing Drive. The proposed subdivision would be built on the south side of Friendship Road.

The Hall County Planning Commission will hear the request during its meeting on Monday, Nov. 6 at 5:15 p.m. at the Hall County Government Center at 2875 Browns Bridge Road in Gainesville.
