The Oakwood City Council gave final approval Monday night to this year's tax rate, and it is unchanged from last year.
The rate is 4.174 mills. The council held first reading on the millage rate last week.
City Manager Stan Brown says tax bills will go out November 1.
He added that no one from the general public attended the Monday night meeting.
