DECATUR — The Flowery Branch girls volleyball fell to Decatur in the first round of the Class AAAAA state playoffs Wednesday.
The Lady Falcons (16-8) lost in a sweep 25-18, 25-15, 25-22.
Senior middle blocker Anna Marshall had 10 kills and 3 solo blocks to lead the Lady Falcons. Senior libero Ellie Luciani had 22 digs and junior setter Oriah Ware had 21 assists and 3 aces for Flowery Branch.
Junior outside hitter Ashley Scott added 3 kills, 1 ace, and 22 digs and sophomore outside hitter Katie Williams had 9 kills and 1 block assist for the Lady Falcons.
