In an article published on August 5, 2016, AccessWDUN.com misidentified the driver involved in a crash on August 2, 2016 on Lake Russell Road that seriously injured four teenagers.
The driver in the incident was Matthew T. Groover (Matthew Tyler Blake Groover), age 18, according to a State of Georgia Traffic Crash Report issued by the Georgia State Patrol. AccessWDUN.com incorrectly identified the driver as Matthew Jeremy Groover, the owner of the vehicle. Matthew Jeremy Groover was in no way involved in the crash.
