A $5,000 reward is on the table for information leading to the arrest of Jason Earl Armstrong, Jr., wanted for the murder of a soldier at Fort Bragg, and who reportedly has ties to Gwinnett County.
Armstrong, 27, is accused of killing his wife, Iris Armstrong, inside their home at the army base in Fayetteville, North Carolina July 1, according to a news release from the FBI Charlotte Division.
He is a 5'11" black man with black hair, weighing around 150 pounds.
Jason Armstrong is said to have ties to Lilburn and Norcross in Gwinnett County, among other locales in the state.
He also has ties to Atlanta, Stone Mountain, College Park, East Point, Clarkson and Tifton.
