Buford man arrested for Tuesday night shooting incident

A Buford man is behind bars, accused of following a man to a mobile home and shooting the victim in the arm late Tuesday night.

Adrian Carvez Bailey, 26, allegedly got into an argument with the vicitm at a gas station on Friendship Road in Buford, then followed him to a home in the Countryside Village mobile home park, according to Lt. Scott Ware, Hall County Sheriff's Office public information officer.

He then allegedly shot the victim, causing non-life threatening injuries.

Ware did not immediately know the injured man's age.

Nobody else is believed to be involved in the incident, which remains under investigation.

Bailey is charged with one count of aggravated assault; he was booked into the Hall County Jail around 3 a.m. Wednesday.
