Kim Waters of Gainesville has assumed the volunteer post of Rotary International district governor for 2016-17.
As governor, Waters coordinates the community and international service projects of the 73 clubs in the northern one third of the State of Georgia, and will be responsible for providing
leadership, support, and motivation to the clubs as they carry out service projects and participate in Rotary programs. She assumed office Friday and will serve through the end of June 2017.
Waters, a Partner and Associate Broker at The Norton Agency began her involvement with The Rotary Club of Hall County as a charter member in June 2009.
