The clients at the Gainesville-Hall County Senior Life Center know how to have a good time for a good cause. They recently participated in the Red Nose Day Program sponsored by Walgreens.
Senior Center Manager Brandy Palmero said she is proud to work with such a wonderful, caring group of people.
“This was our Random Act of Kindness project at the Senior Life Center for the month of May.Our Seniors really got into it and 100% of the donation goes directly to help children living in poverty. The community does so much to help us. We wanted to pay it forward,” Palmero said. “I would especially like to thank our Senior Program Coordinators, Gloria Wilms and Nancy Simpson for all they do to make our program successful. They were here when we became the first Nationally Accredited Senior Center in the country”
