GHS senior and JROTC cadet Talisa Soto has been awarded an Early Commissioning Scholarship at Georgia Military College in the amount of $150,000.
Talisa will attend GMC for two years and will then be commissioned as Second Lieutenant in the Georgia National Guard. She will then complete her last two years of study at Mercer University in the school's nursing program.
