FLOWERY BRANCH — The Flowery Branch boys soccer team won its second straight game Tuesday night taking a 3-1 non-region win over defending Class AAA state champion West Hall at Falcons Field.
The Falcons (9-6) got goals from Dylan Windish, Nick Biasi, and Elias Araya. Fernando Castro added an assist on Biasi's goal the assist to Nick's goal.
Flowery Branch will close out the regular season on Thursday in a crucial Region 8-AAAAA match against Discovery at home. The Falcons, who currently are third in the region standings, are still fighting for a possible playoff berth.
