MODOC, S.C. - Chris Ferguson held off Casey Roberts to score his second consecutive Jack Starrette Memorial victory for the Ultimate Super Late Model Series at Modoc Raceway in Modoc, S.C. Saturday night.
For the win, the Mount Holly, North Carolina native took home a $6,022 payday.
Ferguson set fast time in qualifying, and scored the dash victory. From there, he went on to hold off Roberts, of Toccoa, Georgia, for the win.
Brandon Overton finished in third, with Ross Bailes in fourth and Hunter Peacock in fifth.
Brent Dixon, Kenny Collins, Dennis Franklin, Brett Hamm and Tim Allen rounded out the top ten finishers.
