CLEVELAND — The North Hall boys soccer team won for the third time in five matches after taking a tough 2-1 victory over rival White County Tuesday in Area 8-AAAA play on the road.
Alec Zimmerman and Sammy Diaz scored first half goals to give the Trojans (4-8-2, 3-4 Area 8-AAAA) the lead going into halftime.
Neither team was able to tally a goal in the second half and North Hall was able to hold on for the win.
Jairo Barrientos and Jackson Madonna each had an assist for the Trojans.
North Hall next will travel to Stephens County on Friday.
