This program by attorneys Madeline Wirt and David Dickerson from Whelchel, Dunlap, Jarrard & Walker features a practical and helpful discussion on important employment law topics, including the Department of Labor’s highly publicized proposed rule that is projected to extend overtime protection to many white-collar employees who are currently exempt from overtime protection and how to avoid pitfalls that might occur when employees use their smartphones after hours for work purposes.
