BRISTOL, Conn. — On a beautiful Sunday afternoon for college baseball in Demorest, Piedmont College freshman centerfielder Brady Ballstadt gave the fans at Loudermilk Field something to remember with an unbelievable full-extension catch in the top of the third.

However, it's not just the eyes of the fans at Loudermilk who witnessed the play by the Suwanee native as now the eyes of the entire country were locked on Brady's memorable catch as it appeared live on the SportsCenter Top Ten countdown for Sunday on ESPN at No. 2 on the list.

Ballstadt's catch took the No. 2 spot in the 11 p.m. edition of SportsCenter after first being released via the Piedmont College YouTube Channel courtesy of the Office of Athletic Communications following the Sunday afternoon contest at Loudermilk.

ESPN SportsCenter anchor Steve Levy is the one who brought Piedmont into the national spotlight once again calling the play in its appearance on the top ten countdown along with SportsCenter co-anchor John Buccigross

This marks the third time that a play first captured live on the Mane Event Broadcasting Network has made the famed SportsCenter Top Ten countdown as just last spring Piedmont men's lacrosse senior Patrick Ammons earned the No. 9 spot in the April 4 countdown for his no-look goal against Greenbsoro.
