Lori A. Hayes has been named as the new manager of the Braselton Library on Brassie Lane in the historic downtwon area, succeeding Bev Adkins, who retired.
“Lori has a passion for our library, its patrons and its programs,” says Braselton Town Manager Jennifer Dees in a news release.
“She brings strong qualifications and experience to the job.”
Hayes is 2002 Jefferson High School graduate, and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Georgia.
She is currently pursuing a Master's of Library Information Science from Valdosta State University.
Hayes has served as assistant manager at the library since 2006.
