The City of Gainesville is taking bids on three residential lots in the Chattahoochee Golf Club area it has listed for sale with the Abernathy Cochran Group at the Norton Agency.
City spokeswoman Catiel Felts says says the lots were part of the golf course property.
"Lots were part of the golf course property," Felts wrote in an email, and will be sold for single-family residential development. "We have taken sealed bids in the past, but decided not to accept and are now using a broker to market and sell."
The lots are in the Club Drive/East Lake Drive/Normandy Circle area.
Bids will be accepted through noon Monday, Feb. 15, at the Norton Agency on Green Street in Gainesville. Bids will be opened at 3:00 that afternoon.
