GAINESVILLE — The North Hall girls dropped their Region 7-AAA opener to Greater Atlanta Christian 65-39 Tuesday night at home.
GAC (3-4, 1-0 Region 7-AAA) led just 16-8 after the first quarter but opened up a 37-21 lead by halftime. The Lady Spartans took a 48-29 lead into the fourth quarter,
Lexi Mann led GAC with 13 points.
North Hall (3-3, 0-1) was paced by Taylor Anne Kelly's 12 points. Sadie Cleveland added 11 points for the Lady Trojans, who have lost two straight after a three-game winning streak.
The Lady Trojans next will play host to East Hall on Friday in another Region 7-AAA battle.
