UPDATE: Missing Forsyth woman returns safe

A Forsyth County who went missing Saturday evening returned home Sunday according to police.

A missing person, or Mattie's Call, alert was issued by the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office at 11:00 a.m. Sunday saying 73-year-old Eloise Burgess Self of Cumming had gone missing. According to the alert, Self had last been seen at her home at around 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

A short time later, just before noon, the sheriff's office said Self had been reunited with her family after returning home on her own.
