GAINESVILLE — North Hall senior shortstop Taber Mongero will not have to worry about where he is playing in the future after signing a scholarship with Gardner Webb Wednesday on early signing day for high school athletes.
Mongero, who has started since he was a freshman, has been an integral part of the Trojans recent playoff runs.
Gardner Webb, located in Boiling Springs, N.C., is a Division 1 program in the Big South Conference.
