Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Kit Dunlap Thursday announced the hiring of a new Vice President of Education and Vice President of Membership Sales for the chamber.
Andi Harmon has assumed the role of Vice President of Education. She is responsible for facilitating Leadership Hall, Youth Leadership Hall, Medical Scholars, and Partners in Education. Harmon is a graduate of North Georgia College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks and Recreation with a minor in Psychology. She has twenty years of experience in local and state government and has spent the last three years working with a local non-profit as the Director of Operations.
Christen Wilbanks is the new Vice President of Membership Sales and is responsible for the recruitment of new memberships. She moved to Gainesville from Texas in 2000. Wilbanks' educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Speech Communication from Texas State University. She has 13 years of experience in banking and six years of experience in the insurance industry. She most recently spent two years working with a small local company as an Office Manager.
