Hall County agents seize $9K worth of narcotics, arrest two suspects

Two suspects are behind bars after Hall County Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad (MANS) agents seized $9,180 worth of narcotics from one of the suspect's vehicle.

Jesse LB McNeely, 28, of Sugar Hill was found in possession of 2.9 ounces of methamphetamine, 0.5 grams of heroin, 17 grams of marijuana and 15 hydrocodone pills, according to MANS Lt. Don Scalia.

Authorities arrested McNeely and Celestina Marie Drumm, 32, of Oakwood, who was found to be in possession of a syringe filled with meth, after following the pair to a business on Mundy Mill Road in Oakwood on Tuesday.

Scalia said authorities found a pair of handguns in McNeely's car during their investigation, which led to additional charges, since McNeely is a convicted felon.

Both suspects were booked into the Hall County Jail without incident; no further charges or arrests are expected in the case.
