Betty Cantrell of Warner Robins, the 2016 Miss America, will be the featured speaker at the Jackson County Area Chamber of Commerce's upcoming Woman of the Year 2016 Luncheon.
It will be held Wednesday, November 16, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at the Commerce Civic Center,110 State Street.
