GAINESVILLE — Jenny Edwards, Ashlyn Ellison, and Kylah Mize combined for 30 second half points to lead East Hall to a 55-40 victory over Fannin County in Region 7-AAA action at Valhalla.
Mize scored 14 of 18 points in the second half and Edwards and Ellison each had eight of their 13 points after halftime.
The Lady Vikings (18-4, 9-1 Region 7-AAA) led just 10-6 after the first quarter and Fannin County (5-16, 1-8) trimmed the lead to 19-18 by halftime.
East Hall blew the game open in the third quarter outscoring the Lady Rebels 17-7 for a 36-25 lead. Thye put the gamer away in the fourth quarter.
Hope Franklin led Fannin County with 12 points.

Fannin County had the early lead but East hall was able to take a slim 13-12 lead after the first quarter and then took control in the second quarter to propel the Vikings to a big Region 7-AAA win.
The Vikings (15-6, 8-2 Region 7-AAA) opened up a 35-27 lead by halftime and blew the game open in the third quarter outscoring the Rebels (9-12, 1-8) to pull away for a 58-42 advantage.
Tylor Brown led East Hall with 22 points. Mahki Brown added 12 points and Sedrion Morse had 11 for the Vikings, who had 11 different players score.
Fannin County was led by Logan Holt with 15 points. Clay Ware added 11 points for the Rebels.
